Excellent location a few minutes' walk from Cathedral and heart of old centre, but easily accessible on road adjacent to river, which also has a number of free parking bays along it, between the two bridges (same stretch where hotel Ibis is located). For the rest it's a typically modern, adequately comfortable and no particular frills Ibis hotel, representing decent value for money in the context of Perigeux, taking into account its facilities and convenience.

The hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Perigord. We found plenty of parking outside. The public spaces and rooms were lovely and clean with great bed linen. The bed was comfy and the room really quiet at night. We didn’t hear anyone or traffic noise. Great nights sleep. The staff were fabulous and the breakfast tasty. We also ate dinner here and it was good value for money. The duck dish was super.

Excellent location for exploring Perigueux. Easy to find. Free public parking is available in several very close locations which can get busy and some are limited to 48 hrs. Hotel also has some parking for a small fee. Very good restaurant on site with a pleasant bar area. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side, but probably average for this type of hotel. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We thought the hotel offered excellent value for money given its location and facilities and would stay again when travelling in this area.

Very nice hotel on the edge of the old town of Perigueux directly between the cathedral and the river, free parking on the riverbank and directly at the hotel. Nice, modernly furnished room with a view of the river, very friendly staff (the hotel manager offered us his own parking space because all the parking spaces at the hotel were occupied at the moment and we didn't want to park the car by the river because there was a lot of luggage in the vehicle). We used the evening for a stroll through the medieval old town. After a very good breakfast, we visited the Lascaux Cave (Lascaux IV, an excellent replica of the original cave which is closed to the public) with its prehistoric cave paintings, 50 minutes by car from the hotel - a must for every visitor (entrance ticket 20 EUR)!

Location is brilliant, at rear of Cathedral and overlooking river. Very safe and quiet but within less than 5 minute walk to restaurants, old town and shops. Restaurant was excellent, very good meal in evening and reasonably priced. Room on the small side but bed comfortable and clean. Shower room could do with an upgrade but excellent value all round. Parking on site limited but free car parking close by.

Great location right in the centre and by the river, very clean throughout and good choice of foods at breakfast including plant based milks. Very pleasant gent serving in the breakfast area - the rest of the staff could learn from him.

Really friendly staff, very accommodating and delighted to find they let our dog stay with us even in the bar and restaurant area. Location for seeing all the sights of Périgueux is fantastic, beautiful setting overlooking the river and old town.

A large, comfortable room, though only single beds were available. Dinner was superb, and reasonably priced. Great access on foot to the old city centre, and also the Roman museum. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English when my schoolboy French faltered.

Great central location with river views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a lovely lounge, bar and restaurant area. We had planned to eat in town but saw the evening menu and decided to eat at the hotel. We were so glad we did. The food was fabulous, and the service was excellent. The room was warm and comfortable. Would definitely want to stay again.
